Join us this January for our course designed to support and lift up mums during the fourth trimester and first year —a space to make real connections, share the highs and lows, and find your tribe of other new mums who truly get it. Our 6WeekSocial course focuses on YOU and your well-being after birth. Each week, you’ll gather with a group of supportive women and hear from local postnatal and women’s health specialists who offer practical advice, emotional support, and a reminder that you’re never alone on this journey. 6week social is an awarding winning course that has been supporting & nurturing new mums around Hertfordshire for 12 years.
