I think the 6 Week Social is a unique opportunity to meet other mums and share your experiences as well as weekly talks and demonstrations from professionals in post natal care and new baby wellness.

Bally graduated from Wolverhampton University in 1993 and worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist in the NHS in the West Midlands for many years before moving into private practice.

Since 2001 she has worked part time at Pinehill Hospital in Hitchin, treating both musculoskeletal pain and women’s health conditions. She uses acupuncture as an adjunct to physiotherapy and holds an MSc in Acupuncture.

Bally recognises that there is not enough post-natal care available to new mums after the birth of their baby. This led her to set up her own business, firstly in Hitchin and now also in Hertford, to treat pregnancy-related symptoms and to offer a post-natal MUMMY MOT.

This is an hour’s thorough assessment of post-natal posture, breathing, tummy gap and pelvic floor muscles. Following this each mum will receive a report of findings and a bespoke exercise programme to target their concerns, starting them on their road to recovery and functional fitness.

Bally also advises and coaches post-natal mums to higher levels of athleticism, depending on what you want to achieve.

When not at work, Bally enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her interests include exercise, especially running, Pilates and yoga, and travelling.
