Let us introduce our team of amazing specialists for our mums and baby course in Harpenden, Hitchin & Hertford. All our experts are here to champion women through their postpartum journey and beyond. They provide evidence based information and advice, empowering you in your postnatal choices. Our sessions offer you the opportunity to meet an array of different postnatal specialists over 6 weeks, all under the umbrella of 6WeekSocial. The specialists will share their insight and guidance as well as offering an opportunity for you to ask questions and seek advice on your postnatal needs, first hand.
Victoria Byron
B&A Physiotherapist
Since qualifying in 2013, Vicki has specialised in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Whilst gaining experience in the NHS, private practice and sports teams she now runs a local physiotherapy clinic with her husband B&A Physiotherapy. Vicki is particularly passionate about postnatal tummy gap, reduction and prevention of leaking and prolapse and return to activity.
Sam Mackay
KEEP-A-BEAT HERTS
Sam is a First Aid trainer & part-time First Responder. Her sessions have been designed and developed specially for 6WeekSocial courses.

It's always a worry when baby gets that first cold or high temperature. In Sam's session we look at those common early childhood illnesses, what are there signs and symptoms, how best to treat them and when you should seek further advice

Laura is the principal osteopath at Ware Osteopathy Clinic.

Birth can be a very demanding process for your Baby. This journey can be both physically and emotionally challenging for your Baby.
Osteopathy is a gentle and safe way to assess and treat your Baby. Osteopathic treatment may help to relieve stresses and strains on your Babies body to help to soothe and relax them.

Heidi Hembry is a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 11 years of experience, supporting families on their breastfeeding journey. Whether your desire is to breastfeed exclusively, combination feed or just to have a more positive breastfeeding experince, she can help you to make a personalised plan to suit you and your baby, from birth through to 1 year and beyond.

Amy Jappy Therapy
Amy is a Therapist based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Amy has trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy by the Quest Institute at Regents University,
London. She has also completed the ‘Make Birth Better’ Birth Trauma training, ‘The Solution Focused Approach to PTSD’ and a course in Bibliotherapy.

The Baby Days Sleep
Tami is a level 6 certified sleep consultant specialising in babies and toddlers.
With over 20 years of experience working with young children, Tami is passionate to help families navigate the world of sleep, with support and guidance.

Rebecca Wangi
Osteopathy Letchworth
Rebecca is a qualified and registered osteopath. With 14 years experience working with people of all ages including children.

Rebecca is qualified breast feeding coach, having completed a FEDANT accredited course in infant feeding. She combines the use of my osteopathic skills to determine how the baby’s mobility affects their capacity to latch easily, with practical advice on managing positioning and feeding routines.

After going through our own sleep training journey, we have made it our mission to make sleep filled nights become the new normal for parents and to come away from the assumption that once you become a parent, sleep goes out of the window. Amy is a mum of two and former circus acrobat, who has worked for The Little Gym network for over 15 years and now owns @thelittlegymharpenden @thlittlegymhamptonteddington and co-owns @thelittlegymbath Amy has a passion for motor skill development and the link to children’s academic work and life skills. She is delighted to bring her knowledge and creativity to our 6 week social sessions and looks forward to taking you through the benefits of early movement in infants and children.

Becky has a wealth of experience in assessing and treating simple and complex musculoskeletal problems during pregnancy. She has been involved in setting up pelvic floor dysfunction services, treating women with bladder and bowel dysfunction as well as pelvic pain.

Emma is a certified Coach specialising in supporting parents through maternity & paternity leave from a few months before they go on leave all the way until after they return.

In a recent survey she conducted only 14% of people felt prepared to return to work. Emma is here to make a difference to this.
Emma also coaches people through career transitions or those feeling stuck and unsure what their next steps should be at this challenging and uncertain time in their lives.

As a mum, pregnancy and postpartum exercise expert, and nutrition advisor for weight management, Michelle supports women on their mental and physical journey of motherhood from the comfort of their homes, ensuring time productivity.

Emma is a specialist paediatric physiotherapist with extensive experience working with babies and children with a wide range of conditions from developmental delays to those with complex disability. She works for Physio4You as their lead paediatric physiotherapist supporting children and families in the community in and around Hertfordshire.

Mama JoJo Postnatal
Jojo, is a mother of two, as well as a Breastfeeding Counsellor and Postnatal Doula. After studying for a Birth and Beyond foundation degree, she found her passion for postnatal support. She now runs various postnatal classes, including Weaning, baby massage and yoga, and leads support groups, offering a consistent, non-judgmental presence to help mothers navigate the early months of parenthood.
