Let us introduce our team of amazing specialists for our mums and baby course in Berkhamsted, Harpenden, Hitchin & Hertford. All our experts are here to champion women through their postpartum journey and beyond. They provide evidence based information and advice, empowering you in your postnatal choices.
Our sessions offer you the opportunity to meet an array of different postnatal specialists over 6 weeks, all under the umbrella of 6WeekSocial. The specialists will share their insight and guidance as well as offering an opportunity for you to ask questions and seek advice on your postnatal needs, first hand.

Emily has been a newborn and motherhood photographer for 13 years - Evie Grace Photography
Having struggled with her own fertility journey and postpartum anxiety Emily is passionate about supporting mums through the fourth trimester and beyond. Having experience first hand her own struggles with early motherhood.
Emily became the owner in 2024 having hosted the Harepnden course for a year.
Leanne Lawrence
Brighter Birthing
Leanne is our Berkhamsted host, bringing a wealth of experience supporting parents through pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
She’s been teaching Antenatal & Hypnobirthing classes locally for a decade now. More recently, she trained as a birth & postnatal doula so she can be by parents’ side throughout their journey.
Influenced by the hundreds of birth stories from her birth prep classes & her other role with the local MNVP (Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership), she is training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor & plans to specialise in birth & postnatal therapy.
Mama JoJo
Mama JoJo Postnatal
Jojo, is a mother of two, as well as a Breastfeeding Counsellor and Postnatal Doula. After studying for a Birth and Beyond foundation degree, she found her passion for postnatal support. She now runs various postnatal classes, including Weaning, baby massage and yoga, and leads support groups, offering a consistent, non-judgmental presence to help mothers navigate the early months of parenthood.

Kirstie specialises in mama and child empowerment through holistic, natural care, having studied a wide range of supportive and healing modalities, including Holistic Health Coaching, Matrescence Coaching, Neurodevelopmental Movement, Postnatal Belly Dance, Doula support, the 3 Step Rewind process, ICU Academy Teaching, Reiki, and Mindfulness. Kirstie has a particular focus on women’s health pre-pregnancy, throughout pregnancy, and postnatally, as well as on children’s health and overall wellbeing

Jen is a qualified Health Coach specialising in nutrition, wellness and fertility, with a strong focus on supporting postpartum mums. Jen helps new mums nourish their bodies after birth to help boost energy levels, support recovery and also mental wellbeing. As a mum of two Jen understands how busy life can be with a new baby. She offers simple, nourishing nutrition guidance and quick, realistic recipe ideas that fit into your day - even when time and energy is limited. Jen’s approach is practical, supportive and centred around helping you feel your best during this important stage of motherhood.

Tami is a level 6 certified sleep consultant specialising in babies and toddlers.
With over 20 years of experience working with young children, Tami is passionate to help families navigate the world of sleep, with support and guidance.
Tami originally trained as a Nanny, working in London and Switzerland.
Jashwini
Osteo Allies Woodside
Jashwini is a registered Osteopathy and practises at the Osteo Allies Woodside Clinic in Hitchin. Jashwini works with babies using gentle Cranial Osteopathy to support comfort, movement and balanced development in the early months of life.
She holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the London School of Osteopathy, a BSc in Biomedical Science.

Stacey is a certified sleep consultant. After going through our own sleep training journey, we have made it our mission to make sleep filled nights become the new normal for parents and to come away from the assumption that once you become a parent, sleep goes out of the window. We want to eliminate the stress and worry surrounding sleep by offering non-judgmental sleep advice that is gentle, responsive and family led.

Amy is a mum of two and former circus acrobat, who has worked for The Little Gym network for over 15 years and now owns @thelittlegymharpenden @thlittlegymhamptonteddington and co-owns @thelittlegymbath Amy has a passion for motor skill development and the link to children’s academic work and life skills. She is delighted to bring her knowledge and creativity to our 6 week social sessions and looks forward to taking you through the benefits of early movement in infants and children.

As a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner and Restore C-Section Scar Therapy specialist, Jasmine is dedicated to empowering women through every stage of their postpartum healing journey. She offers tailored guidance to help women recover from pregnancy and delivery, regain confidence, and safely return to exercise and daily activities.

B&A Physiotherapist
Since qualifying in 2013, Vicki has specialised in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Whilst gaining experience in the NHS, private practice and sports teams she now runs a local physiotherapy clinic with her husband B&A Physiotherapy. Vicki is particularly passionate about postnatal tummy gap, reduction and prevention of leaking and prolapse and return to activity.

KEEP-A-BEAT HERTS
Sam is a First Aid trainer & part-time First Responder. Her sessions have been designed and developed specially for 6WeekSocial courses.
It's always a worry when baby gets that first cold or high temperature. In Sam's session we look at those common early childhood illnesses, what are there signs and symptoms, how best to treat them and when you should seek further advice

Heidi Hembry is a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 17 years of experience, supporting families on their Infant Feeding journeys. Whether you are breastfeeding exclusively, combination feeding or exclusively formula feeding, Heidi will aim to answer all of your infant feeding related questions to give you the confidence and you and your little one deserve.

Chartered Psychologist
Suzy is a mother of two, an author, Chartered Psychologist and Coach. She specialises in self-care, supporting people during stress, loss and change, helping them find clarity, peace and a path of purposeful action.
Suzy is a monthly columnist for Top Sante magazine, the Psychology Expert for wellbeing brand Neom Organics and is a founding member of the ‘Nourish’ app.
Suzy has nine Self Care books published and available for purchase.

Physiotherapy
Becky has a wealth of experience in assessing and treating simple and complex musculoskeletal problems during pregnancy. She has been involved in setting up pelvic floor dysfunction services, treating women with bladder and bowel dysfunction as well as pelvic pain.

Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist
Megan is a specialist paediatric physiotherapy working with babies and children. Megan currently works independently in Berkhamsted and surrounding areas. She has extensive experience working with babies and children with a range of conditions and developmental delay. She loves working with babies and is passionate about supporting early intervention.

Certified Holistic Baby & Toddler Sleep Coach and founder of Tiny Dreamers Sleep, she supports families with gentle, evidence-based sleep guidance for children aged 4 months to 4 years.
Her calm, responsive approach supports family wellbeing and shows that small changes can make a big difference — no cry-it-out, no guilt, just more rest and less stress.

Emma is a certified Coach specialising in supporting parents through maternity & paternity leave from a few months before they go on leave all the way until after they return.
In a recent survey she conducted only 14% of people felt prepared to return to work. Emma is here to make a difference to this.
Emma also coaches people through career transitions or those feeling stuck and unsure what their next steps should be at this challenging and uncertain time in their lives.

Emma is a specialist paediatric physiotherapist with extensive experience working with babies and children with a wide range of conditions from developmental delays to those with complex disability. She works for Physio4You as their lead paediatric physiotherapist supporting children and families in the community in and around Hertfordshire.
